Refund Policy

At GrowNotes Gardening, we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we are happy to help.

Refund Eligibility

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once we review the photos and determine the item is in good condition and the issue qualifies for a refund, we may issue a full or partial refund.

No Return Required

If a refund is approved, you do not need to return the item. You are welcome to keep the product, gift it to a friend, donate it, or repurpose it as you wish.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Orders delayed by the shipping carrier

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Normal variations in color due to monitor or screen settings
